I actively manage your apartment search, identify suitable opportunities, organize viewings and help you focus on the right properties.
Step 4: Applications & lease review
Once we identify the right apartment, I support you throughout the application process and explain the tenancy agreement before you sign.
Step 5: Welcome home
Support doesn't necessarily end when you receive the keys. If required, I can also assist with registration (Anmeldung), utilities, insurance, schools and other practical aspects of settling into your new home.

The timeline depends on your budget, preferred districts, apartment size, household circumstances and flexibility. The initial Apartment Search project covers an active search period of up to six weeks. Some clients secure a home sooner, while other searches take longer.
Payment is made in two instalments:
50% when the project is confirmed and 50% after three weeks. Initial active search period: up to six weeks. If the search needs to continue beyond six weeks, we review progress and agree any further scope and fee before additional work begins.
